During training, you'll receive hands-on instruction in:
• Safe handling of our horses, donkeys, goats, cats, and chickens
• Feeding procedures and daily care routines
• Barn and property maintenance
• Safety protocols and best practices
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
• Feeding and watering the animals
• Cleaning stalls, paddocks, coops, barns, and enclosures
• Refilling hay, bedding, and supplies
• Assisting with basic animal care under supervision
• Helping maintain the farm and common areas
• Seasonal projects as needed

No experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know. All we ask is a willingness to learn, a dependable spirit, and a heart for serving.

There is something truly special about spending time with the herd. Caring for these incredible animals isn't just meaningful work—it's an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and become part of a community that believes healing happens through compassion, connection, and service.
