This series combines practical birth education with connection, reflection, and support so you feel informed and confident heading into birth and early parenthood. Every week includes doula-led education, open discussion, and time for questions.


Weekly flow:


May 13: Week 1 - Physiology of Birth and Prenatal Yoga
How birth works, what your body is designed to do, and how labour unfolds. Finishing with prenatal yoga, led by Andrea France of Mama Bear Wellness


May 20: Week 2 - Labour, Pushing, and Comfort
Pushing positions, labour positions, relaxation techniques, and pelvic health with Carmen Schmidt, DPT, an expert in Pelvic Health


May 27: Week 3 - Partner Night and Couples Strategies/Mental Health
Partners learn how to support, advocate, and use comfort tools in labour, plus Nicole Rethy, a Couples Therapy expert discusses strategies to survive postpartum together and perinatal and postpartum warning signs and what is normal


June 3: Week 4 - Golden Hour and Lactation
Golden hour, early bonding, and feeding support with Ashley Brown, Infant Feeding Specialist, IBCLC, Postpartum Nurse and a true trove of information.


June 10: Week 5 - Reflection, Postpartum Prep, and Closing
Guided reflection with Sam of Reverie Roots Wellness, final questions, postpartum prep, and product recommendations.
