FOLKS!! What this village needs is more CANADA!! Fortunately we are in luck. Some dear music pals are coming to the village, playing bluegrass songs, freaky folk and traditional Canadian, Quebecois and Metis fiddle music. Kathleen Nisbet has toured all over the UK with Viper Central and played with me at my first ever album launch show in Vancouver in 2011. Ben Rogalsky was a founding member of my all-time favourite Canadian bluegrass boy band The Breakmen. Benj Rowland is a fellow I saw perform late one night in Ottawa, playing all sorts of weird instruments and generally capturing the whole audience's attention like moths to a flame.
