She has held many leadership roles including Deputy Regional Alcohol Manager (South West), Development Manager at The Training Exchange, and CEO of Somerset and Avon Rape and Sexual Abuse Support (SARSAS). As Head of Funding for the National Lottery Community Fund, she led the England response for the women and girls sector.Rowan has 25 years experience delivering interactive training and workshops and is a trained supervisor, qualified coach, and Action Learning Set facilitator.
