- **Event Description**: Health and Happiness Hubs are for people with a long-term health condition who want to make positive changes to improve their health and happiness.

Sessions are friendly, informal and fun.

We explore a range of topics, such as dealing with anxiety, increasing self-confidence, improving sleep and seeking joy.

You will be able to talk, learn and laugh with others, and make plans for positive change.

We also have a Health & Wellbeing Coach on hand, who can arrange to meet you on a 1:1 basis if you like.

Health & Happiness hubs are a collaboration between South Gloucestershire Council, GP surgeries and Southern Brooks.

You are eligible for this free service if you are:

Over of 40 years old
Are registered with a South Gloucestershire GP Practice
Have one or more of the following conditions:
Hypertension / high blood pressure
Type 2 diabetes
Issues with overweight
Chronic pain
Anxiety or mild depression
