Get ready to get comfortable being uncomfortable, we’ll be emerged in nature playing in the elements, rain or shine we will put in that work!!!

$10 drop-in fee
Waiver must be signed prior to workout and copy of drivers license much be provided (this will all be securely stored)
Minimum fitness level requirements:
Must be able to at least walk trail terrain
Must be able to lift 20 lbs over head
Must disclose any physical injuries
Coach will tailor/modify workout to members fitness level
What to expect: 45-60 min workout (with demo, warm-up, workout, and cooldown) workout will be a 35 min Hybrid/Cross training AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) code name "ALPHA" - This workout will be a hybrid style workout with a running/walking/rucking (depending on fitness level) mixed with 4 exercises...can be tailored/modified to most fitness levels.
Show time is 15 mins before start (0900) and we will start on time no exceptions.
