Hosted by Grand Master Jim Adkins. Adkins has been a martial arts and Tai Chi master, teacher, and practitioner for over 30 years. Located in Traverse City, his 26 Moves Self Defense company offers a variety of classes, seminars, and individual coaching.

Students who register for all 12 classes will also receive an instruction Tai Chi DVD and handouts to use between classes and after the program ends to deepen their Tai Chi practice.
 
All classes will be held outdoors at Michigan Legacy Art Park. If lightning is located within 10 miles of the Art Park, the class will delay until the danger has passed.
