Strong in the Lord is where faith and fitness come together—a community of women who are rooted in Christ, connected to one another, and encouraged to walk boldly in the world. In a culture that constantly pulls us in different directions, this is your space to slow down, support one another, and grow stronger together—inside and out.

We’ll start with introductions and prayer, enjoy the self-defense class, and close in prayer.

Space may be limited, so make sure to save your spot at biblechapel.org/sports.

Donations will be accepted at the event. Childcare is not provided.
