The only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask. All classes are a learning environment for all participants. We will all make mistakes, learn and laugh while doing it. In this class we will make Carne Asada, Mexican street corn salad, pico, guacamole and chimichurri. We will discuss cuts of beef, seasoning, marinades, rubs and any other questions you have! We will work on some knife skills and enjoy a delicious meal.
This class is hands on in a professional working kitchen. You may BYOB.
