Olives are a hard sell for some, maybe its texture, maybe its the flavor, but a bright salty spread always has a home on our charcuterie tray! For the main course, we will make pasta with traditional Italian alfredo- just butter, a ton of parmesan, and pasta water. Trust us- it's perfection! And for dessert? We're welcoming our friends from Main St. Gelato for a flight of gelato to end the night on the sweetest of notes.The only dumb questions are those you don't ask. This is a hands on class in a professional working kitchen. We welcome anyone and everyone with a love for learning and food!
