In 2025 we baked thousands of cookies and loaves of sourdough, bagels, etc., to sell to the public. We have fine tuned the often over-complicated processes you may have read about online. 
Learn first hand tips and techniques like stretch and folding, shaping, and scoring. Leave with a jar of our fresh, mature, magical starter! 
We will also cover many discard recipes like chocolate chip cookies, crackers, and more! 
Enjoy samples of sourdough cookies and bread. Learn the history and art of wild yeast fermentation, along with its host of benefits! Folks often find sourdough to be relaxing once they learn in a practical way.
