Housed in the Elisabeth Ireland Poe Gallery, the exhibit chronicles the two-hundred years of Pebble Hill’s existence, and its shared history related to the two-hundred years of the establishment of Thomasville, GA.

In celebration of the 2026 Bicentennial, Pebble Hill Plantation, the Thomasville History Center, and the Jack Hadley Black History Museum present a lunchtime lecture series highlighting two- hundred years of Thomasville’s history. The series is free and open to the public, and guests are encouraged to bring their sack lunch.

This program will be held at the Thomasville History Center.
