Together, the energy work and vibrations help release tension and bring a sense of deep relaxation.

We’ll close with a guided yoga nidra meditation accompanied by optional warm aromatherapy towels to help you fully let go and drift into deep rest. This class is open to everyone, no experience needed, just come ready to rest, receive, and be nurtured.
