We welcome anyone who wants to take part in shaping this milestone year. Bring your ideas, your creativity, your fundraising or marketing experience, or simply your enthusiasm for Thomaston! Whether you can give a little time or a lot, we can find a role that works for you. All ideas are welcome. We hope to build on beloved traditions and explore new events that showcase everything that makes our town special.

This ad hoc committee has been authorized by the Select Board and will sunset on January 31, 2028. It is a finite commitment with a clear purpose. Help us set the stage for a once-in-a-generation celebration!

The info session will be held on Monday, January 5 at 6:00 pm in the second floor meeting space of the Thomaston Academy Building at 60 Main Street. Questions can be emailed to krodriguez@thomastonmaine.gov.
