This will be available during all the class sessions we have throughout the day.  Our class times are 5am, 6am, 9am, 4:45pm, and 5:45pm.

Please sign up and bring a friend with you!

The workout we are doing will be the hero workout “CHAD” in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018, due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries, and PTSD.
