✨ Yoga & Sound Evening with Iwona & Mateusz ✨
Join us for a unique evening where yoga practice meets the healing power of sound.
During the session, Mateusz will guide you through grounding and energising yoga, followed by a deep sound journey with Iwona, surrounded by the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other ancient instruments.

Iwona – I take care of myself holistically, which is why I love to create workshops that nurture mind, body, and soul. Often, the simplest practices are the ones we need the most.
