Parents and carers know their children best, so please bear this in mind when booking for younger children.ParkingFree parking is available in the car park to the north of The Hub, just off Croxton Road, opposite the Academy.Please allow a little extra time to park and make your way to the venue before the performance begins.IMPORTANT — ARRIVING ON TIMEPlease arrive on timeBecause Ebenezer Scrooge is performed using UV lighting in a very dark auditorium, the doors will close when the performance begins.For the safety of our performers and to preserve the UV effect, we will be unable to admit latecomers once the show has started.If you need to leave the auditorium during the performance, unfortunately you will not be able to re-enter until the show has finished.We therefore recommend using the toilets before taking your seats.WEAR DARK CLOTHESWear something dark!Want to help us create the magic?We encourage audience members to wear dark or black clothing where possible.
