Hi, I'm Zivile. Thank your for your interest in this training course.

I am an experienced and qualified HR Specialist as well as a line manager (Assoc CIPD and CMgr MCMI). Hence, the focus of the training is to make the training as pragmatic and relevant to all attendees.

As an Independent HR Consultant I understand the pain HR and the rest of the staff go through when dealing with grievances at work. In most cases employees get promoted internally and for various reasons do not get enough opportunities to develop their skills in line management duties. Yep, that's right. Handling grievances at work is not only HR's responsibility as many might think.

My goal is to make such essential HR-related training affordable to those who may benefit from it. I provide plenty of helpful and reliable resources to refer to such as ACAS, CIPD, etc.
