Άσκηση δημιουργίας

Σε αυτό το εργαστήριο στοχεύουμε να μοιραστούμε μερικές από τις δημιουργικές μεθόδους και ερμηνευτικές τεχνικές μας. Πώς μετατρέπουμε μια ιδέα, μια διαίσθηση, μια αντίληψη σε χορογραφικό λεξιλόγιο; Πώς αναπτύσσουμε ενα κινητικό λεξιλόγιο και πώς διαμορφώνουμε την παρουσία μας στη σκηνή; Πώς συνεργαζόμαστε μεταξύ μας; Αυτά είναι ερωτήματα που θέλουμε να εξετάσουμε μέσω της πρακτικής, της αναστοχαστικής σκέψης και της ερμηνείας.

Οι ημέρες θα ξεκινούν με τεχνική προθέρμανση που περιλαμβάνει έτοιμο υλικό καθώς και αυτοσχεδιασμούς και θα συνεχίζονται με συνεδρίες δημιουργίας, κάθε φορά με συγκεκριμένα ερωτήματα/εργασίες. Θα ασχοληθούμε με ατομική εργασία, συνεργασίες και ομαδικές συνθέσεις.

Κάθε συνεδρία εργασίας θα συνοδεύεται από αναστοχασμό, καταγράφοντας το υλικό που εκδηλώθηκε και αυτό που υπάρχει εν δυνάμει. Θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε τον αναστοχασμό, τον διάλογο και την ανταλλαγή ως αναπόσπαστο μέρος της εργασίας. Η διαδικασία θα ολοκληρωθεί με μια δημόσια παρουσίαση, προσφέροντας την ευκαιρία να εξασκηθούμε στην μοιρασιά με το κοινό.

Θέλουμε να πλαισιώσουμε τη δουλειά μέσα σε μια ατμόσφαιρα υποστήριξης και μη κριτικής, ενδυναμώνοντας τους συμμετέχοντες να εκφραστούν μέσω του χορού τους.

Θέλουμε να ενθαρρύνουμε την έρευνα ενός λεξιλογίου κινήσεων που μπορεί να ξεκινήσει από μια απλή συνθήκη και να εξελιχθεί χάρη στην πολλαπλότητα της σύνθεσης. Στοχεύουμε στην οξύτητα της παρακολούθησης των παρορμήσεων και στην ικανότητα να αφήνουμε τον εαυτό μας να αφεθεί στην αυθεντικότητα των αισθήσεων και των συναισθημάτων.

Η Margherita Dello Sbarba (IT/BE) είναι Ιταλίδα χορεύτρια με έδρα τις Βρυξέλλες. Σπούδασε και εργάστηκε ως ηθοποιός στην Ιταλία πριν μετακομίσει στην Κολωνία, όπου αποφοίτησε από το τμήμα σύγχρονου χορού του Πανεπιστημίου Μουσικής και Χορού.

Από το 2019 δημιουργεί σόλο έργα, καθώς και ντουέτα και ομαδικά έργα. Η καλλιτεχνική της πρακτική αναπτύσσεται σε ένα πολυδιάστατο πλαίσιο και αναζητά ορίζοντες σύνδεσης και ενσυναίσθησης μέσα από μια φεμινιστική προοπτική της κοινωνίας. Το 2026/2027 υποστηρίζεται για το νέο σόλο έργο της από το Φλαμανδικό Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού, το Platform in de Maak και το Radar Mechelen.

Ως χορεύτρια συνεργάζεται με την εταιρεία Nyash/Caroline Cornélis με έδρα τις Βρυξέλλες και έχει χορέψει ως ελεύθερη επαγγελματίας για διάφορους χορογράφους στη Γερμανία.

Ο Αλέξανδρος Αναστασιάδης «Greco» (GR/BE) είναι χορογράφος και χορευτής που μεγάλωσε στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Αποφοίτησε από την Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (2017) και ζει και εργάζεται στις Βρυξέλλες. Η καλλιτεχνική του πορεία έχει διαμορφωθεί από τη συλλογική δημιουργία, τον αυτοσχεδιασμό και την διατεχνική  ανταλλαγή. Τα τελευταία χρόνια συν-δημιούργησε την ομάδα Dans Kapot, φέρνοντας σε επαφή χορευτές και μουσικούς τζαζ σε διαδραστικές, κοινοτικές παραστάσεις. Το σόλο του «the fall in between» υποστηρίχθηκε από το VGC Brussels και το RADAR Mechelen. Ο Αλέξανδρος έχει χορέψει σε πέντε παραγωγές της ομάδας Ultima Vez, για τον Alexander Vantournhout και την Julyen Hamilton.

Επιπλέον, έχει δημιουργήσει παραστάσεις χορού για εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα (IDA Linz, Κρατική Σχολή Χορού Θεσσαλονίκης, Fre3 Bodies, Βαρκελώνη) και διδάσκει τόσο μέσω επαγγελματικών εργαστηρίων σε εκπαιδευτικές πλατφόρμες και φεστιβάλ σε όλη την Ευρώπη (B12, Deltebre Dansa, CDSH κ.ά.), αλλά και μέσω μαθημάτων για παιδιά και κοινότητες, π.χ. για το Atelier Kids της Ultima Vez και για την Platform K.


Το 2025, η Μαργκερίτα και ο Αλέξανδρος ίδρυσαν την εταιρεία Uncanny Paradise vzw με έδρα τις Βρυξέλλες, μετά τη συν-δημιουργία της διατεχνικής παράστασης A Small World, που υποστηρίχθηκε από το Φλαμανδικό Υπουργείο Τεχνών και παρουσιάστηκε στο Βέλγιο και την Ελλάδα. Μέσω της Uncanny Paradise δημιουργούν χώρους ανταλλαγής και συνάντησης, όπως το FEED!, μια πλατφόρμα για έργα σε εξέλιξη και ανατροφοδότηση, και το POLLINATE, ένα μηνιαίο jam session για χορευτές και μουσικούς σε συνεργασία με τους Ultima Vez. Αυτή τη στιγμή εργάζονται στο νέο τους ντουέτο Canon of Love, που θα κάνει πρεμιέρα το 2027.

Exercising Creation


In this workshop we aim to share some of our creation methods and performative techniques. How to move from an idea, an intuition, a sensation to a choreographic vocabulary? How to develop a movement language and how do we craft our presence on stage? How do we collaborate with each other? These are questions we want to address through the practice of tasks, through reflection and through performing.


The days will start with a technical warm up that includes set material as well as improvisation and will continue with sessions of creation, each time targeting specific questions/tasks. We will engage in solo work, partnering and group constellations.

 Each session of work will be reflected on, registering the material that manifested and the one that exists in potential. We will use reflection, dialogue and exchange as an invaluable part of the work. The process will end with a public presentation, offering a chance to practice the moment of offering to an audience.


We want to contain the work within an atmosphere of support and non-judgement, empowering the participants to express in their dancing


We want to encourage researching a movement vocabulary that can start from a simple task and evolve through the multiplicity of composition; we aim for the sharpness of following impulses and the capacity of letting go into the reality of sensation and emotions.


Language: English, with possibility to translate to Greek.

Teachers


Margherita Dello Sbarba (IT/BE) is an Italian dance artist based in Brussels. She trained and worked as an actress in Italy before moving to Cologne where she graduated in contemporary dance at the University for Music and Dance.

Since 2019 she has created solo work as well as duet and group pieces. Her own artistic practice develops in a multidisciplinary context and looks for horizons of connection and empathy through a feminist perspective on society. In the year 2026/2027 she is supported for her new solo work by the Flemish Cultural Ministry, by Platform in de Maak and Radar Mechelen.

As a dancer she works with the Brussels based company Nyash/Caroline Cornélis and has been dancing as freelancer for various choreographers in Germany.


Alexandros Anastasiadis “Greco”(GR/BE) is a choreographer and dancer who grew up in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (2017) and lives and works in Brussels. His artistic career has been shaped by collective creation, improvisation, and interdisciplinary exchange. In recent years, he co-founded the Dans Kapot group, bringing together dancers and jazz musicians in interactive, community performances. His solo "the fall in between" was supported by VGC Brussels and RADAR Mechelen. Alexandros has danced in five productions of the company Ultima Vez, for Alexander Vantournhout and Julyen Hamilton.

In addition, he has created dance performances for educational programs (IDA Linz, State School of Dance Thessaloniki, Fre3 Bodies, Barcelona) and teaches both through professional workshops at educational platforms and festivals across Europe (B12, Deltebre Dansa, CDSH, etc.), as well as through classes for children and communities, e.g. for Ultima Vez's Atelier Kids and Platform K.

In 2025, Margherita and Alexandros founded the Brussels-based company Uncanny Paradise vzw after co-creating the interdisciplinary performance A Small World, supported by the Flemish Arts Ministry and presented in Belgium and Greece. Through Uncanny Paradise they initiate spaces for exchange and encounter, including FEED!, a platform for work-in-progress and feedback, and POLLINATE, a monthly jam for dancers and musicians in collaboration with Ultima Vez. They are currently working on their new duet Canon of Love, set to premiere in 2027.
