Screenwriting Workshop for Beginners (Two-Day Workshop)

Welcome to the Screenwriting Workshop for Beginners. This two-day workshop (paid workshop class) will consist of learning the basics of formatting, structuring, figuring out your story and the ins and outs of writing for a short film with a small budget.

In this workshop you will leave knowing what a beat sheet is, how to write a 1-5 page short film, and how to analyze film in order to benefit your own writing skills. We will go over character development, plot, world-building, and go over the filming process.

*Filming will not be apart of this workshop, only screenwriting* But after all is said and done you will have a screenplay that you can film by yourself or with friends.

Day one: Starts at 7:30pm, Ends at 10:00pm
Day two: Starts at 7:30pm, Ends at 10:00pm

*Class cost $45, includes both days*

This workshop is for people ages 16+
