We are nearing full capacity and are currently looking to fill 8 remaining spots for this weekend retreat. This is a women only experience focused on rest, reflection, and letting go of what no longer serves you in a supportive environment.  

The retreat includes:  
• Accommodations located directly across from the Forest Carnegie Library Event Centre for weekend guests  
• Five healthy meals  
• Smudging and Women’s Circle  
• Yoga  
• Qi Gong  
• Grounding meditation  
• Pendulum guidance  
• Reiki sessions  
• One to one mini sessions  
• Firepit gathering  
• Visit to the Kettle and Stony Point Pow Wow  

Registration Options:  

Weekend Stay: There are currently two spaces remaining for the full weekend experience at a rate of 250, which includes accommodations, meals, and all retreat programming.  

Saturday Day Pass: There are five spaces available at a rate of 75, which includes meals and full access to Saturday’s programming without an overnight stay.  

Carpooling can be arranged for those who require transportation.
