The fire sign of Leo invites us to be bold to trust that we are moving from darkness into light. The energy is inviting us to trust that we are well on our way to a desired outcome. Stepping into self-confidence self-belief and self-respect. We will hone our focus in around the solar plexus to bring this energy to the forefront.This Sisterhood circle is a time to leave behind the scars of bitchiness and judgement. We express as much or little as we want to knowing we are in a safe space. Anything we don’t get a chance to express in daily life is welcome here. We are here to connect and heal share our dreams to celebrate the wins and hold each other through the losses.This is a secure container where you are welcome to be completely yourself however you feel on the day. Please note you will need to bring a yoga mat to comfortably sit/lay on the floor. We have limited spaces so please book on to secure your spot if you feel called to join us!Any ladies over 16 welcome! Familiarity with these healing approaches is not required at all just an openness to experience them.
