This Circle takes place just after the New Moon in Libra. The air sign of Libra invites us to Open our Hearts and be open to Love in all it's forms. The energy around this new moon is fully supporting us to heal our heartache and grief and step forward and allow love in to our lives. Whether it is romantic love, family love, friendships, within our work or anywhere else, now is the time to spend time with people that we like and love and doing the things we like and love. This will attract more love into our lives.

We will use the powerful medicine of cacao to soften our hearts before we drift into a heart opening guided meditation.

This Sisterhood circle is a time to leave behind the scars of bitchiness and judgement. We express as much or little as we want to knowing we are in a safe space. Anything we don’t get a chance to express in daily life is welcome here. We are here to connect and heal share our dreams to celebrate the wins and hold each other through the losses.

This is a secure container where you are welcome to be completely yourself however you feel on the day. Please note you will need to bring a yoga mat to comfortably sit/lay on the floor. We have limited spaces so please book on to secure your spot if you feel called to join us!

Any ladies over 18 welcome! Familiarity with these healing approaches is not required at all just an openness to experience them. Please let me know if you don't have a yoga mat I may have a spare I can lend you.
