This month, we’ll explore mind–heart coherence — the science-backed practice of aligning your thoughts with your heart’s frequency. When your mind listens to your heart, you access clarity, intuition, and inner calm. It’s where logic and love meet — a powerful state of balance that opens you to deeper peace and connection. ?

As always, this is a sacred space to gather in community, connect with soul-aligned sisters, and share your gifts if you feel called. We’ll close with an optional vegetarian potluck lunch to celebrate together. ?✨
