Paddle Crew, get ready for a peaceful, fun, and probably a little wobbly sunset yoga adventure on the water ?‍♀️?‍♀️?
We’ll be flowing, stretching, breathing, laughing, and finding our balance together as the sun drops over the Woodlands Waterway. Think Mountain Pose, Warrior Pose, Cat-Cow, Child’s Pose, seated stretches, balance work, deep breathing, and maybe even a few brave Tree Poses for anyone feeling bold ??
We are lucky to have Beth leading the way. Beth is a career personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and yoga instructor, and she brings such a calm, positive, encouraging energy to everything she does. She is one of the coolest paddlers we have in the crew, and she cheers everyone on no matter your experience, fitness level, or paddle skill.
She is a true angel in our community ✨
Beth will be center stage on our floating pads, angelic music and we’ll circle around her like a star so everyone can see, follow along, and enjoy the flow together. No pressure. No judgment. Just good people, good energy, movement, sunset vibes, and floating yoga fun.

✨ Come solo or bring friends
✨ Join whenever you can throughout the evening
✨ Bring your own paddle board if you have one
✨ Life jacket and lights are recommended for evening paddles
Important group note:
There were complaints about someone hanging out in the back, not doing yoga, and recording with a cell phone. I don’t know exactly who it was, but it cannot happen again. Put the phones down and do yoga with everyone else. If anyone records or makes people uncomfortable, they will be asked to leave. If there is arguing against this safety and respect rule, you will be banned from the group.
This meetup is for people who want to participate, connect, relax, and enjoy yoga on the water. Let’s keep the space positive, respectful, and comfortable for everyone.
This is a casual community meetup created to help us connect, move, breathe, float, and enjoy the water together. This is not a company or paid event.
