Option 2: Riva Row Boat House Green Lot 2101 Riva Row The Woodlands, TX 77380 This lot can fill up fast with concertgoers. If you want to try for a free spot here, get there early and no later than 3:00 PM. The earlier the better. Important: Do NOT use the Riva Row Boat House ramps. Those are for renters and they close early. Launch from public water access areas only. Option 3 Backup Parking: Hughes Landing Parking Garage near Whole Foods 1925 Hughes Landing Blvd The Woodlands, TX 77380 This garage is free and located behind the Whole Foods area. You can park there and put your board in the water just across the street near Hughes Landing and Lake’s Edge. ⚠️ Northshore Park closes at 11:00 PM, so it is smart to begin heading back no later than 10:30 PM. ?
