Cares Program: Your Voice, Your Care - Exploring 5 Wishes & Hospice Support

Join us at Charter Research (1025 Lake Sumter Landing, The Villages) on Thursday, October 30th from 10 AM–11 AM for a compassionate workshop exploring the 5 Wishes and the role of hospice care.

The 5 Wishes are part of a legally recognized advance directive that allows individuals to document their wishes for end-of-life medical, personal, emotional, and spiritual care in simple, everyday language.

Learn how to express your medical, emotional, and spiritual preferences; understand the support hospice provides for both patients and families; and discover how these tools can bring dignity, comfort, and peace of mind at life’s end.

This session will offer guidance, resources, and space for reflection to help you start meaningful conversations with your loved ones.
