Set in a peaceful private woodland (with a cosy indoor option if needed), this retreat invites you to slow down and welcome the new season through grounding breathwork and meditation, gentle yoga, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided journalling and a deeply restorative sound healing journey. Enjoy a seasonal lunch, refreshments throughout the day, meaningful connection and a lovingly curated goodie bag to take home. The retreat will be hosted by renowned and world wide accredited Yoga teacher, Lisa from Happy Mat Yoga.

Day retreat ticket: £90 per person
10.30am arrival, 4.30pm finish.

Includes retreat tickets and overnight stay, dinner allowance of £36pp (food only) and breakfast the following morning.
