There will be a soundbath under the canopy outdoors nestled in the woods.

There will be a movement session too outdoors to keep you grounded in nature.

You will need to provide your own lunch and utensils because we are outdoors all day regardless of weather so please come prepared for all elements.

Parking on site is available for free.

Wet will be outdoors all day. 

This is suitable for all but sound baths are not recommended for people with epilepsy or pregnancy.
