Your day will include:

Autumn Yin Yoga
A gentle and deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and 
create space within both body and mind.

Heart-Centred Cacao Ceremony
Gather in circle as we enjoy ceremonial cacao, set intentions, and connect with gratitude, reflection, and the energy of the season.

Sound Healing Journey
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, Monolina, Koshi chimes,
and other therapeutic instruments designed to promote deep relaxation and inner balance.

Autumn Mindful Crafting Workshop
Take time to slow down and reconnect with your creativity through a seasonal crafting session inspired by the
colours, beauty, and symbolism of autumn. No experience necessary.

Reflection & Journalling
Gentle guided prompts will encourage self-reflection, helping you honour what you are ready to release
and what you wish to cultivate moving forward.

Delicious Lunch Included
Enjoy a nourishing lunch within the beautiful surroundings of Moor Hall Hotel & Spa.

Whether you are completely new to yoga and wellbeing practices or already have an established practice, this retreat offers a welcoming and supportive space for everyone.
