National Senior Health and Fitness Day

Celebrate wellness, strength, and active living at National Senior Health and Fitness Day at Arbor Terrace Lakeway, located at 300 Medical Parkway, Lakeway, TX 78738.

Join us at 10:00 AM for an energizing and educational day featuring interactive activities, health screenings, and expert-led demonstrations from a variety of local wellness vendors.

• Kidney health vouchers and education from Carmen Kidney Health
• Holistic wellness booth hosted by Roots and Remedies
• Walker and wheelchair maintenance provided by Bee Cave Medical Supply
• Health assessments and a boxing class led by Danna Scott, author of Boxing: The Complete Guide to Training and Fitness
• Outdoor games and nutritious snacks created by Chef Tim Laielli
