HOW TO HEAL EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS⁣

In this workshop, you will learn not only techniques to calm yourself down when you get triggered but most importantly, you will learn effective techniques to find the ROOT cause and create lasting change. So you don't need to react and get triggered anymore.⁣

An emotional trigger is when something that is happening in the present moment activates pain from the past in us.⁣
⁣
We experience the now through the filters of the past. When this happens, we might overreact and go into what is called “survival mode”. We might get angry, we might want to run, or just freeze.⁣

Discover the ROOT cause of why you get triggered:⁣
Behind every trigger we have, there is always a belief that we created in the past. This belief disempowers us and it is simply NOT true⁣

HEAL THE EMOTIONAL ROOT CAUSE⁣

Learn practical and effective ways to heal the cause of the trigger so you don’t react from the past anymore.⁣

EVERY RELATIONSHIP MIRRORS THE RELATIONSHIP YOU HAVE WITH YOUR OWN SELF ⁣

You will learn to fully understand this concept so you can transform your relationships.⁣

Let me give you some examples:⁣
⁣
I used to get triggered when my son didn’t reply to me because deep inside me, I had a strong belief that I wasn’t worth listening to and that what I had to say didn’t matter. When I changed this belief, not only logically but in my body, in the core of my being, then I can see the now as it is: my son is really good at focusing and now when I really want his attention, I can express it very clearly, without making him bad with himself.⁣

Or a client of mine used to feel her husband didn’t care about her projects but when we looked inside her, she realized that she was the first to not value her own initiatives. When she became aware of this and changed it, like magic her husband became her cheerleader.⁣

⁣
In this workshop, using a methodology that combines Psychology, Neuroscience, and Meditation, I will show you practical and effective ways to find those beliefs that are disempowering you and change them. Then, you can perceive the now without the filters of the past.⁣
