A grounded chakra balancing workshop

In this workshop, we use the chakra system - the body’s energy centers - as a practical, embodied map to reconnect with yourself.

Through a combination of embodied movement, yin-based practices, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and gently explore what is ready to shift.

This is a body-led reset for women who feel disconnected, out of balance, or simply in need of space to come back to themselves.

Rather than moving quickly through all energy centers, we focus on depth:
reconnecting to the body, becoming aware of emotional patterns, and creating more clarity from within.

This workshop offers a supportive and grounded space to:
• reconnect with your body and sensations
• deepen your emotional awareness
• notice what may no longer feel aligned
• hear your inner guidance more clearly
• take a simple, meaningful step forward

This is not about fixing or forcing change.
It’s about creating space to listen differently.

No prior experience is needed - only a willingness to be present with yourself.

ABOUT REGINA NÉMETH
Regina is a seasoned Yoga Teacher, Coach and Mentor with over 15 years of experience.

Regina creates spaces for participants to connect with their body, energy, and inner rhythm.  Through yoga, conscious movement, and guided meditation, she invites people to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the intelligence of the body, supporting both grounding and expansion.

Regina encourages curiosity, play, and embodied awareness; meeting yourself exactly as you are. Whether in stillness or in motion, her workshops are an invitation to explore balance, creativity, and inner clarity. She guides in a way that is supportive, spacious, and accessible.
