Mochi workshop incl Matcha demo

The Daifuku Mochi & Matcha workshop is back with a fall twist! This Autumn Edition features seasonal flavors that are perfect for the colder days… 🍂

We’ll begin with a matcha demonstration, served with a piece of Mochi AN.’s mochi and Japanese tea or matcha. While enjoying this combination, you’ll be introduced to the story behind Daifuku Mochi and its role in Japanese culture.

After a step-by-step demo, you’ll create four mochi to take home in a box. Throughout the workshop, HUG THE TEA will serve several rounds of Japanese teas to enhance your experience.
