The Dalles Overground and the Performing Arts Initiative are proud to announce the launch of The Hoot, a new three-day non-profit community festival celebrating music, arts, and local culture in the heart of downtown The Dalles, March 6-8, 2026.
Join us for three days of FREE music featuring critically acclaimed artists and regional favorites like Vandoliers, Robert Francis, 1876 band, Margo Cilker, Laura Gibson, Treyecto Efectivo, Sundiver, and many more!
