There are so many different types of hot cocoa and toppings that are just waiting to be combined. Join us to create the ultimate hot cocoa of your choosing at this program for tweens and teens in grades 6-12. This come-and-go program takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Library Multipurpose Room.
