The Polar Open returns to Bill Allen for another year, continuing this annual tradition!
This is a 2 round disc golf tournament at Bill Allen Disc Golf Course. This event is a B-Tier which requires a current PDGA membership. Pro players will compete with $750 added to the purse.
Schedule
Player Check In Starts at 7:45am
Player Meeting - 8:30am
Round 1 Tee Time - 9am
There will be an hour lunch break starting from the time that the last group finishes their first round. The official round 2 start time will be published to the PDGA Digital Scorecard, PDGA Event Page, and our Event Facebook Page.
Awards and payout will follow round 2.

There will be a limited selection of discs available for purchase with registration and after the event. Am payout may be used to purchase any available event custom discs.

Junior Entry - $50
Event Fees include PDGA Fees, insurance, park reservation fees, and TD Fees for things such as paint, stakes, signage, etc.
Awards and Payout
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place finisher in divisions that have 3 or more players registered by January 12th.
Pro divisions will pay out the top 40% using the PDGA payout scale. Payment will be sent digitally on Monday, January 19th via PayPal to the email address that was used when registering for the event. If other arrangements need to be made for digital payment then please make a note with your registration and let the TD know.
Am players will be awarded merchandise credit to the on-site Disc Golf Dojo proshop for finishing in the top 45% of their division . Payout can be used once all players have finished round 2 and will be published to the PDGA digital scorecard as well as the event's Disc Golf Scene page. Am payout expires 2 years from the day that it was earned. Payout for this event will expire on January 17th, 2028. This store credit expiration policy is subject to change with the introduction of our online store expected to launch in 2026.
Junior Divisions will not be awarded payout and will ONLY be awarded a trophy if there are 3 or more players in their division.
