We’ll begin by waking up the body and energy channels with Qi Gong — an ancient Chinese movement practice that’s like meditation in motion. ? Through breath, intention, and flow, we’ll open the body, ground the mind, and connect with inner vitality.

Then, we’ll drop into stillness and receive the medicine of live sound — featuring crystal bowls, chimes, vocals, and other vibrational tools designed to soothe your nervous system and melt you into deep relaxation. ??‍♀️
