Open up your heart through your voice Join Lonneke & Elke for an evening of opening your heart with singing mantras. During this evening you will experience the power of sound and vibration flowing through your body. Chanting mantras purifies us and brings us closer to the source, closer to the joy and love in ourselves.

Every first Friday of every other month from 20.00 - 21.30 at Delight Yoga, Scheveningseweg.

Elke sings mantras and writes songs from the heart. When Elke sings her voice invites you to turn within, to light your torch and light all places in your body which need to be touched. While Lonneke is very happy and grateful to share her love for yoga, meditation and mantras with you. Her teachings are characterized by her loving and intuitive approach where the breath is used as an anchor. During her classes, she creates space for connecting to yourself in a gentle and meditative way.
