MOVEability are excited to announce that our ONSITE Seated Chair Exercise classes are continuing to take place each Thursday:

Venue: Alice Bye Court, Bluecoats, Thatcham

When: Each Thursday from 2pm (doors open 1.45pm)

In line with our other classes they are suitable for:
* People with health conditions e.g. arthritis, ME, MS, Fibromyalgia, COPD, Long Covid
* Anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental wellbeing
* Seniors
* Wheelchair users
* Those in rehabilitation from illness/operations
* Those who have been sedentary and want to ease back into exercise gently

These fun sessions, which have been referred to as 'a social gathering with a purpose', offer different levels and options to some great (sing-a-long) tunes, with everyone being encouraged to work to their own ability.

Classes are on a pay as you go basis at £5/class payable on the door, with the opportunity to socialise afterwards over a tea/coffee and biscuits.

Please bring a small bottle of water and maybe wear an extra layer (eg: zip up sweatshirt or cardigan) that can be removed if needed.
