What to Expect:
Perfect for beginners, you’ll learn how to develop a design from sketches and natural inspiration, carve and mark-make into a lino block, and experiment with different cutting techniques. You’ll also learn how to mix and apply colour, printing your design to create a series of unique prints to take home with you.

What to Bring:
No previous experience needed. All materials are included in the workshop. Just bring your creativity and love of nature...and an apron!

Who is the tutor:
Charlotte Adcock is a Newbury-based artist specialising in personalised screen prints, lino prints, and vibrant collaborative artwork with children. Charlotte's creative practice blends fine art with community engagement, bringing colour, storytelling, and imagination to every piece.

After studying Fine Art at Lancaster University, Charlotte spent the past 20 years creating bespoke commissions for both private clients and corporate organisations. Alongside her studio practice, Charlotte teaches lino printing to both adults and children, running friendly, hands-on workshops from her studio, at local venues, in schools, and for private print parties. Charlotte loves to share the joy of printmaking and is keen to inspire creativity and bring people together.
