Според своите карактеристики, се дефинира како „скајранинг“ натпреварување, а теренот по кој минува е суров и на места каменест. Стартот и финишот на трката се на Попова Шапка на 1.750 мнв, а се искачуваат неколку врвови над 2.500 мнв. меѓу кои и највисокиот на Шар Планина, Титов Врв, со 2.747 мнв. Овој настан се одржува во континуитет од 2019-та година, со веќе реализирани седум успешни изданија, со присуство на домашни и странски натпреварувачи.

Оваа трка меѓу другото е и национално првенство и изборна трка од која се формира скајранинг репрезентацијата на Македонија.

„Титов Врв Скајрејс“ е многу повеќе од само спортски натпревар, настанот ги промовира природните и туристичките потенцијали на Национален парк Шар Планина, значењето на природата, планинарството и промоција на планинското трчање преку уживање на бесценети погледи на долините долж патеката.

Опис на патеката:

Започнува од пред пансионот „Конак“ на Попова Шапка, се движи по ски-стазата “Церипашина“ до куќарката на крајот од жичарницата, а потоа по планинарската патека оди до Антени (2.520 мнв). Од таму по гребенот (зимска патека) минува преку Казани, преку Карабунар и го искачува врвот Бакарадан (2.704 мнв) и Титов Врв (2.747 мнв). Враќањето назад е по истата рута, а финишот е пред пансионот “Конак“. Покрај постоечката планинарска маркација (црвено-бела) на оваа патека, од страна на организаторот се поставени и дополнителни црвено-бели ленти. На патеката има две контролни и три освежителни пунктови (Антени 2.520 мнв. и седлото помеѓу Бакардан и Титов Врв на 2.500 мнв., врвот Титов Врв 2.748 мнв.) каде има обучени контролори и волонтери. Помеѓу станици има и дополнителни волонтери кои шетаат низ патеката, бодрат, а во случај на непредвидена ситуација се тука да пружат помош. Дополнително за безбедност на настанот е ангажиран спасителен тим и доктори.

Titov Vrv Skyrace" is an extreme high-mountain race, with a total length of the track of 20 kilometers and an altitude difference of 1,900 meters (ascent and descent). According to its characteristics, it is defined as a "skyrunning" competition, with harsh and in some places rocky terrain. The start and finish are at Popova Shapka at 1,750 m, and several peaks above 2,500 m are climbed throughout the track, among which the highest of Shar Mountain, Titov Vrv, with 2,747 m. This event has been held continuously since 2019, with already five successful editions, with the presence of domestic and foreign competitors.

This race, among other things, is a National Championship in Skyrunning and a selection race for forming the Macedonian representative skyrunning team.

"Titov Vrv Skyrace" is much more than just a sports competition — the event promotes the natural and tourist potentials of the Shar Mountain National Park, the importance of nature, mountaineering, and the promotion of mountain running by enjoying priceless views of the valleys along the route.

Description of the route:

It starts in front of the mountain hut "Konak" on Popova Shapka, moves along the ski trail "Ceripashina" to the cottage at the end of the cable car, and then, along the hiking trail, it goes to Anteni (2,520 m). From there along the ridge (winter trail) it passes through Kazani, through Karabunar (2600 m), and climbs the Bakaradan peak (2,704 masl) and Titov Vrv (2,747 masl). The return is along the same route, and the finish line is the same as the start, in front of the mountain hut "Konak". In addition to the existing mountain markings (red and white) on this trail, the organizer has placed additional red and white stripes. There are two checkpoints on the route (Anteni 2,520 masl, and the top of Titov Vrv 2,748 masl) and three refreshment points (Anteni 2,520, the saddle between Bakaradan and Titov Vrv at 2,500, and Titov Vrv 2,748 m), where there are trained controllers and volunteers. Between stations, there are also additional volunteers who walk along the path, cheer, and in case of an unforeseen situation, are here to provide help. In addition, a rescue team and doctors have been hired for the safety of the event.
