I took a much needed summer rest, and now I am ready to get back to the JAM routine!

If you’re looking for a fun, energetic way to get your steps, move your body, increase your endorphins, and burn some calories, JAM is a great way to do it! It can be as high-intensity as you like it to be, or it can be modified to meet your body’s needs.

Classes are held at Davis Park Elementary (in the gym—entry door next to parking lot). 

They will still be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm unless noted on the calendar (cover photo of JAM page).

Classes are still FREE for first-timers, $5/class otherwise, 10-class punch cards are $45, and if you are on VCSC insurance (employee, spouse, or dependent 13+), you get in FREE every class. ✨

To sweeten this comeback, I’m doing a punch card giveaway, and all you have to do is show up! Whether it’s your first class or 100th class, you are eligible to win.

I will put all the names from the Tuesday and Thursday sign-in sheets into a drawing, which I will pull after class and announce on the socials Thursday evening. If you come BOTH nights, you double your chances!
