When you register, please also send an email to laurie@harmony-hands.net so that we can communicate with you regarding the exact meeting place on Ferry Island, as it depends on the weather and which covered pavilion is free on that specific day. So having your email address to communicate with you is very important. In this two - two and a half hour workshop you will be guided and supported by Laverne Robinson and Mitchell Engdahl, as they walk you through the ceremonial processes of identifying, clearing, releasing and reprogramming limiting beliefs; calling your spirit back and smudging any other remaining lower energies that may arise. You will begin with a discussion on limiting beliefs, what they are and how they are impacting your life. You will then note down the limiting beliefs you are carrying, acknowledging their negative impact on your worlds. We will identify the limiting beliefs you and want to get rid of, and reprogram your thinking, into more positive empowering truths. Mitchell and Laverne will hold space and support each participant as they go through the ceremonial process of writing out, burning and letting go of limiting beliefs in a fire ceremony with white sage. Then you will be encouraged to re-write your narrative, and come up with statements that are the exact opposite of the limiting belief you are letting go of. The opposite narrative is both in writing and voice, as you set that intention for change and commitment to improving your self-talk. You will then set those intentions free in the fire with more sage, clearing the way for a new way of being. After the limiting beliefs have been identified, released and the work of reprogramming them has begun, you will be guided to the water's edge, where you will go through a ceremony of calling back your spirit; your truth; your heart wisdom; your soul purpose all in alignment with reconnecting to your spirit. After you have called back your spirit with the loving support of Laverne and Mitchell, you will be offered a complete body, mind and spirit smudge to keep your energies, thoughts, emotions and feelings clear of negative thought processes, lifting any more that has arisen, clearing it in the process. This is a 2 - 2.5 hour workshop, depending on the number of attendees. What to bring: ----------------- Dress to the weather. Dress in layers as by the water's edge can get windy and chilly, even on nice weather days. Bring a folding chair to comfortably sit around a fire for discussion and clearing limiting beliefs.
