- **Event Description**: Join Ashley and Laurie in a combined In Person and/or Online via Zoom event.  We will be in person and broadcasting via Zoom to those who prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home. 

There are two different offerings on March 1st, 10 am and 1 pm. This is the 1 pm event.

In this workshop, each section is about 15 mins in duration. You and your children will learn: 

1) How to activate, align and balance internal energies and the nervous system with Bija Seed Sound Chanting to Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. 

2) How to perform Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique proven to help with self-regulation during upsets, calming the nervous system and grounding upsetting energies/emotions. 

3) How to perform short, gentle yoga moves to help release tension, anxiety, stress and upset in the body, aiding in deeper relaxation, and improved sleep. 

4) Finally we end with a gentle relaxing meditation to help bring everything we learned together in a calming, guided meditative practice. 

In this workshop we will share with you and your children, how to take upset and ground it, to regulate that upset, to reset the over stimulated nervous system all the while learning new practical tools that will help them through their entire life. 

Cost: In person = $20/child
Online via zoom = $10/child
