This is a morning workshop for kids ages 5 - 8. Kids can be dropped off, so parents can have a break and downtime. In this 3 hour workshop facilitated by Laurie Fulford and Ashley Pimlott, your child will experience:
15 minutes of dancing and movement to release bunched up energy and have some fun!
15 - 30 minutes of creative expressive drawing or painting to music. This allows them to create and express whatever is on the surface waiting to come out.
15 minute - short snack and bathroom break (please pack snacks for your child as everyone's dietary needs are so different)
30 minutes of Bija Seed Sound Chanting to Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, activating vibrational frequencies throughout their body. This helps them to open, release, relax and ground their energies.
15 minutes of Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) to regulate the nervous system, release any upset in the body and help them to create more positive narratives in their head building confidence, acceptance and peace within.
10 minute - short bathroom / snack break if needed
15 - 20 minutes learning restorative yoga techniques to help them ground, move their own energies and relax.
15 - 20 minutes of a guided meditation, visually walking them through a garden, being fully present, peaceful and calm.
Your child will come away more grounded, relaxed, calm and peaceful. They will have a lighter, happier demeanor with a lot of new tools to help them cope and navigate through life. They will learn how to release stuck energies in their body, express their feelings/emotions through art, ground, activate their chakras and release with Bija Seed Sound chanting to crystal bowls, Tap away upset in the body while activating their meridians and energy centers, Relax and Stretch with Restorative Yoga techniques and calm their mind and body through meditation. These are tools they can use through their teenage years and into adulthood.
