We’ll identify some of the challenges or situations you might face and ways to help yourself through this.You’ll walk away with:an opportunity to better understand your experienceshelpful strategies and skillsinformation on where to get support.Join us to feel more confident, prepared and supported—no matter where you’re at in your caring role.This session is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health. We are a Queensland-based service.
