Black History Month Ceremony

The community is invited to join the City of Temple for a Black History Month Ceremony on Wednesday, February 18, at 10 a.m. at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic & Convention Center.

The ceremony will feature remarks from city leaders and special guests as we come together to reflect on, honor, and celebrate the history, contributions, and lasting impact of Black Americans. This meaningful event provides an opportunity for the community to learn, connect, and recognize the importance of Black history and culture.

The event is free and open to the public. All are encouraged to attend and join the City of Temple in honoring Black History Month.
