Holistic Holidays: Slowing Down with Sourdough offers a warm, welcoming space to reset, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and others through a blend of mindful sourdough-making and holistic reflection.

This isn’t just a class — it’s a community experience. You’ll learn how to make sourdough bread from scratch, practice mindfulness through movement and breath, and take your dough home for baking once its ready, along with new tools for a calmer, more intentional holiday season.

What to Expect

Hands-on sourdough-making session (mixing, resting, stretch & fold, and shaping demonstrations)

A holistic reflection and discussion designed to help you move into the holidays with greater peace and presence

Light refreshments (and of course — sourdough!)

Intentional connection with like-minded women in a nurturing environment

A take-home dough and recipe card to continue your sourdough journey at home

Why We’re Gathering

At She Heals Enterprises, our mission is to partner with, advocate for, and empower women toward healing and wholeness through coaching, community, education, creativity, and mindful living.

This event helps fund our ongoing work — providing holistic programs, educational workshops, and supportive resources that nurture women’s health and well-being throughout the year. Every donation helps us bring more gatherings like this to life and make them accessible to all.

What to Bring: A large mixing bowl (4–6 qt), kitchen towel, spatula, glass jar (for your starter), and kitchen scale if you have one
