She is the author of The Good Jobs Strategy and The Case for Good Jobs, and co-founder of the Good Jobs Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to helping organizations transform their operations to improve employee satisfaction, customer experience, and profitability.Drawing on more than two decades of research, Professor Ton will discuss how companies can align operational choices with investment in people, demonstrating that good jobs and strong business performance go hand in hand.Following Professor Ton’s keynote, Jamie Bonini, President of the Toyota Production System Support Center (TSSC), will provide an applied perspective on how the Good Jobs Strategy principles align with the Toyota Production System (TPS).
